- For group bookings, any refunds are processed net of non-recoverable costs already incurred (named services, supplier penalties).

Booking changes
- Requestable by email or WhatsApp, subject to availability.
- Changes in dates, guests and services may require price recalculation.
- Changes are effective only after written confirmation.
Groups
- For groups, dedicated conditions apply in the commercial proposal.
